If we shoot your listing that day, you'll have your photos that night. We’re a team of night owls, so there’s a good chance it will be past your bedtime by the time the email hits your inbox. Just know an email with your photos will be waiting in your inbox when you wake up!

Own it. We're contracted to shoot our client's property listings. The delivered assets from these shoots are now yours. You can post, print, copy, share, and publish them as you please! Onyx does not require any further permission or compensation.

We've developed our own style of taking and editing photos over the years, which we've coined as True Tone HDR. HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. We've had new clients approach us with horror stories of "HDR" photos they've received that were over-saturated, detailed, and processed. Our technique delivers sharp, clean images with natural colors inside and out.

Time is money and we don't waste yours! Some photographers can spend hours shooting a standard size house. Who has time for that? Our motto is get in, get the shot, get out. Photos for a standard sized house (< 2500 sqft) typically take less than 30 minutes. This lets you get on with your day and us to our next appointment. 

Onyx is insured top-to-bottom with insurance policies far greater than industry standards. Our company, employees, equipment and most importantly, our clients and their clients' property are covered. We carry general liability, workers comp, and drone policies with coverage in the millions of dollars so you can rest assured you’re covered in the case of any mishaps.

We put a lot of time and effort into making our photos look the way they do. You can depend on us to remove eye catching blemishes. From patching up grass and removing oil stains on the driveway, to removing marks on walls, our eye for detail catches it all. No need to ask and no extra charge.

No counting shots or the number of edited photos delivered. We take and edit as many photos as needed to capture an entire property. All edited photos are delivered to our clients where they can choose what to use for their MLS listings.

All music we use for our video tours and marketing efforts are commercially licensed. This licensing is extended to our clients, so they can be assured they can share these assets across their social platforms without fear of being flagged or facing litigation.
